I've been contemplating an upgrade to a D700x (when and if it arrives!) but then the Sigma won't cut it as it's a DX lens. I'd love to see a "crazy comparison" between a DX camera with the Sigma 30mm f1.4 and a FX camera with the new Nikon 24 f1.4. The lense is 650g the Nikon is 620 same 77mm filter size...Huge. This is why the Dslr is going and the 8.2 is coming with a cron 35... Light, simple and it gives me the chance to buy a lense a year.
