  1. Thanks for featuring me Steve!
…and thanks for the comments everyone!

Elaine: the item stuck in the sound is a bubble wand. I was walking around a playground at a local beach and it was just sticking up in the sand like that, begging me to take its photo 🙂
The lens used: Voigtlander 50mm f/1.5 Nokton (LTM) – it’s a wonderful lens!

  2. First image is beautiful. beautiful texture and the spot of colour does wonders.

  3. Amy, that first picture, what is that in the sand? What lens did you use? It almost looks like a macro lens took this. I love both photos. Very nice.

  4. Amy, your PAD project is a great series. I think the doll and the clown are my favorite. Actually it’s very hard to choose which one I like best . They are all very good. The tones, contrast, subjects, everything about them. I like all your work. You should be an Apple sponsor, “THINK DIFFERENT”
Your work continues to inspire me.
    Thank you.

  5. Amy’s stuff alone is convincing me that what faults the M8 has don’t matter a bit if it is used by someone who knows what they are doing. I think I am going to finally get one after almost a year of looking at them.

    I’m thinking I will get an M8 with a Nokton Classic 35mm Multi-Coated.

Keep up the great PAD stuff Amy.

  6. Amy’s pictures are really small jewels in this time when the notion of “art” is being questioned by the possibilities of technology open to everyone.

  7. I love theses shots ! One of the best “picture a day” I saw on the web… Congratulations Amy for this work.
