Steve, what are the chances the a7sII will have a similar thermal issue like the a7rII during extended 4K video record sessions?
RII for sure. It will offer plenty of low light capability for what you are doing and it is an amazing camera all around. That is the way I would go for what you are wanting to do.
Steve, would love to know your views regarding the best A7 for shooting architecture and works of art. Both can present conditions of low light, whether in a museum or church, for example, or a high, unlit ceiling or dome. One would like to take successful shots under unusual conditions. At the same time, it would be great to have very high res, so as to be able to zoom in, and extract details. If I was going to buy only one camera, would you suggest the A7R II or the A7S II?
